I am not a huge meat eater. I'm not a vegetarian either and sometimes even crave a big rare juicy steak or some ribs, but most of the time meat is not that appealing to me. I don't really like eggs that much either, so I have to find different sources of protein. I try to include a lot of tofu, beans, peanut butter, milk, and yogurt. These days I have been on a cottage cheese kick....cottage cheese with fruit, cottage cheese with tomatoes, cottage cheese with salt and pepper...it's getting kinda boring. Then today I discovered these:
Rachel's Wickedly Delicious Cottage Cheese is the MUTHA of all cottage cheeses. Check out those flavors...mmmmm. This morning I ate the pesto and sun dried tomato....so good. I love it so much I would marry it!
